Order Processing Time
All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before being shipped. Processing times may vary depending on the product and demand.

Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days (or longer depending on destination)

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Multiple Shipments
As our products are fulfilled by different third-party suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. However, if your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at care@daddymode.store within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
